Brett Boston (ID: 000000bca23d9246) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 06/02/2022 Great software and dialer for a large scale sales and service team. Sam & Ashish are great.

Corbyn Gan (ID: 000000950639587a) Voted 2 ★ - Updated 02/10/2022 Frequent bugs, unexpected problems, and low overall performance make it difficult to use consistently. Would not recommend to anyone sadly. Our business has tried to like it, given many chances, but it just doesn't work well. Update was released today that completely shut down our entire phone system, bringing us to a standstill. I've sat in on multiple calls with tech team in attempt to resolve lots of recurring issues, but nothing seems to really fix anything. Had a personal tech issue, hopped on a call to work it out and didn't get anywhere. Everyone essentially gave up and I still don't have a fix.

Richter TA Tech (ID: 0000001ed7e89e58) Voted 1 ★ - Updated 12/21/2021 This is without a doubt the worst dialer ever made. To start, it does not easily perform the function of a phone, the ext hardly works and after using it for 4 months with absolute horrendous support I am happy to say I am leaving it to return to RingCentral. The dialer does not identify phone numbers well, and you cannot dial a number from a webpage, CRM, excel, or anywhere you might normally find a phone number. 90% of the time you must manually type the number into ring.io to dial it. If you wish to text the number you must out the number into the dialer and CALL THE NUMBER BEFORE YOU CAN TEXT IT. That is idiotic. Sometimes you want to send a text to someone without talking to them, or leaving a missed call that they feel obligated to call you back urgently when the text you wanted to send is not urgent. The dialer has no tab for old texts either, you must open a terribly coded chrome tab, and wade though all texts NOT SORTED BY CONTACT LIKE EVER OTHER PHONE IN THE WORLD! If you pay extra for a power dialer when you have the power dialer open you cannot receive calls!!!! The ringing sounds will come in for 30 seconds and there are no icons or popups to accept or decline the call. Also ANY inbound call with change the page you are on losing data like if you are composing a text and an inbound call come you will change pages and lose everything you wrote. I have spoken to to support and they could offer no help for these ingrained problems. This experience has been so terrible I see a therapist for PTSD after using this dialer. I could go on for 10 more pages about how terrible this dialer is but honestly I am crying and do not want to continue. I am not a violent person but if in life I came across Ashish Soni on fire I would not pee on him.
