Waxpost (Weasyl Crossposter) Extension

For artists who wish to crosspost their visual art from other art sites to the art site Weasyl, Waxpost provides a simple button to create a new submission from an existing submission.

Currently supported are the art sites deviantArt, Inkbunny, SoFurry, and FurAffinity, as well as the image sharing site imgur.

Waxpost will, when viewing a submission on one of the aforementioned sites, add a Weasyl beret icon to the URL bar. Clicking this icon will open up the \"new visual submission\" page on Weasyl, prepopulated with as much information as Waxpost can gather.

Note: imgur support requires viewing the image itself instead of a gallery page. The URL must start with http://i.imgur.com/ or https://i.imgur.com/.

At the moment, only visual submissions are supported. Submitting any other type will result in undefined behavior.

Darren Grafius (ID: 00000090cdc561fb) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 05/27/2016 Tremendously helpful for keeping my Weasyl gallery updated when I post to FA. Saves time, hassle, and a lot of copying/pasting/reformatting. It only makes me wish similar systems existed for the other gallery sites I use too!

Foxie Arts (ID: 00000062a0b29305) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 05/23/2016 Very good! I finished to transfer my stuff today. I just wish it could transfer my submissions all in a time. Except for that, the extension is almost perfect! Thank you very much.

milk boi (ID: 00000045149d0317) Voted 1 ★ - Updated 04/05/2016 I really like this add on, but it only works on occassion and recently stopped working entirely for me, even after deleting and readding. I hope it gets fixed soon

Urbus Gurbus (ID: 00000099b3cc4ea1) Voted 3 ★ - Updated 11/30/2015 I love Wax Post, however, it seems to have been abandoned. I would love it if they could convert :iconuser: text to the ones appropriate for Weasyl, or if they allowed cross posting from the FA beta, but it might be too much work to keep it updated alongside the beta. To everyone upset that it only works on visual art, the description reads "For artists who wish to crosspost their visual art from other art sites to the art site Weasyl". By downvoting something it wasn't made for, you're just squandering their ratings.
