Print TFS_2015 Work Items Extension

For that to print WIs you need:
1. TFS should be of 2015 version
2. You need to have query that finds all tasks you want to print
3. You should have a printer :)

What is not working: if you use some dynamic values in your queries those won't work (i.e. 'Iteration Path' = @currentIteration won't work for now).
