Aaron Hewitt (ID: 0000005b1f88b206) Voted 1 ★ - Updated 07/27/2023 Customer support is the biggest waste of time. They've given solutions a three year old would give. Common sense would be smarter than the two people I had trying to resolve my issue. I decided I'll just turn up to my exam and hope it miraculously works on the day, and if not? Not my problem.

Kajeme Cheneque (ID: 0000009cf9c60cd0) Voted 3 ★ - Updated 07/26/2023 I did have an issue setting up on my mac. The way I fixed it was: 1. Go to The apple logo on the top left corner. 2. System Preferences 3. Security & Privacy 4. Choose the Privacy tab 5. Click on Screen Recording 6. Make sure to unlock the Lock on the lower left corner 7. Finally check google chrome from the Screen Recording apps Good Luck!
