Arxiv.ninja swoops in and randomly re-orders the papers on the arXiv new pages.
arxiv.ninja Extension
It's intended to avoid reader bias towards papers that were submitted first in the current cut-off window.
The only change in version 0.1.3 is an internal technical change (updating to \"manifest v3\") so that the extension will keep working with Google Chrome in the future.
