Grease Extension

Grease the groove (coined by Pavel Tsatsouline) is a training principle that allows you to get incredibly strong with minimal fatigue. Focus on 'practicing' strength (or movement, mobility or anything else) rather than 'working out'.

The challenge I had was to remember to GTG while engrossed in my work, so... Grease the new tab extension!

Also a way for me to test out Svelte JS.

A couple of things to note:

1. All data is kept locally on your browser, this extension does not collect anything from your computer. As such, clearing your browser history will also delete all your data - please be mindful of this.

2. The source code of this extension is open source - https://github.com/HemalR/grease - feel free to fork/contribute if you wish

Enjoy and please drop any feedback.

Vladimir Kim (ID: 000000156ad27c9a) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 01/10/2022 Great app! I'm a software developer who spends 12+ hours a day at my desk and open on average about 60 new tabs every hour. This extension reminds me to get my push ups, pull ups etc... Love it. Can I ask you how you created a google extension and placed it on empty tab? I'd like to learn how to do that! Thank you for the extension HemalR
