Michael Thornton (ID: 00000074400ad555) Voted 2 ★ - Updated 08/30/2023 The simple becomes complicated. I tried to send my first SMS and when the estension noted that a ;valid number' which was my own phone number, wasn't valid, it placrd a pause on my account form the administrator (me?) and I was unable to use the extension. So the simple act of trying to send a SMS led to my inability to use the app at all. As with most Ring Central apps, and the user interface, it is convoluted, clumsy, and complicated. Nothing is simple, and that leads to wasted time and energy.
