Notion Sidebar Controller Extension

To identify the display, the area overlapping the window for each display is calculated, and the display with the largest overlap area is treated as the target display.

The following controls are available for each display
- State of the left sidebar when Notion is opened
(most recent state, open, close)
- State of the comments/updates sidebar when Notion is opened
(most recent state, open comments sidebar, open updates sidebar, open analytics sidebar, close)
- Whether the sidebar is displayed or not when hovering
