Dirk-Jan Uittenbogaard (ID: 000000e77eca5c08) Voted 3 ★ - Updated 04/18/2019 Didn't work for quite a few pages as well as locally stored HTML files. There must be some requirement for text to be replaced.

Adam Barnes (ID: 00000080b612a84e) Voted 4 ★ - Updated 04/11/2019 Almost perfect. If it had a library of... ~100 images? So replacing images on a page gave a variety of outcomes, then it would be actually perfect. Note: I've not tried the form functionality yet, so that might be pure garbage, but I don't need it, so I don't care. Use this review to influence your decision accordingly.
