Web Notes Extension

This allows users to create notes or mark texts from the browser. If you visit a news website or wikipedia, you can select text and you can get a popup button 'Add Note'. On clicking it, the selected text will be marked as note. This works only with a paragraphs, and doesn't work in other types like title or list or form elements.
