Geonames to Nodegoat Extension

This extension is meant to be used with Nodegoat and Geonames.org. It allows you to \"copy / paste\" a city from Geonames to Nodgoat.

To use:

1) In Geonames search for a city, open the page and click on the extension. All the fields from the city are extracted and copied in memory.

Note: The shortcut \"Ctrl+Shift+Q\" can be used instead of clicking on the extension.

2) In Nodegoat, go to \"City\" tab and click on \"Add city\" button. Click on the extension and all the fields are automatically filled with the metadata that were previously copied from Geonames.

The fields that are copied are: Geonames ID, City name, City ASCII, Country Name, Country Code, Latitude, Longitude and Alternates names.

Note: The shortcut \"Ctrl+Shift+Q\" can be used instead of clicking on the extension.


3) When searching a city in Nodeogat, if not results are found, you can use the shortcut \"Ctrl+Shift+F\". It will automatically open a new tab with a Geonames search results for this city.
