JW.org Subtitle Fix Extension

This extension will make subtitles more usable for jw.org videos. Currently subtitles take up a large amount of space, sit (in my opinion) too high up on the screen, and completely block the content behind them.

This extension solves those problems, it lowers the subtitles substantially, makes the subtitle box smaller while keeping the text a similar size, and also makes the box semi-transparent.

This makes the subtitles look more like subtitles found on other platforms such as YouTube.com
