Github Manager Extension Extension

This extension displays software maintenance metrics on the issues pages of Github repositories.

It uses the BMI (backlog management index) which defined as the number of issues closed during a period
divided by the number of opened issues during the same period, multiplied by 100. A BMI larger than 100 means the backlog was being reduced during the period.

Only issues labeled \"bug\" are counted.

The code is open-source and available on Github.
