Minimal and secure way to add custom CSS per-domain

Add custom CSS styles on websites.

The extension only asks for specific permissions when you edit CSS on a page, tailored to that domain. If the CSS for a domain isn't utilized, the permission is revoked. The extension has a clean UI with a large editable area for CSS on the current domain, devoid of any unnecessary clutter.
