This extension doesn't have that, but I noticed that it handles my favored new site Newzit differently than my other extension, so it merits keeping as an alternate for different sites. It also has a black list option which is helpful vs my other extension. One thing I note, blacklisted items need a refresh before they go back to normal..at least on my computer.. (not a biggie).. it does work.
