I wanted the capablity change the order of script execution and Violentmonkey does that. Users: when deleting a script from your Violentmonkey dashboard, it still sticks around with a Restore option. That's because there is a small text link in the bottom-left of the window to Empty Recycle Bin. That link wasn't initially apparent to me.
