Houston (ID: 000000d382d06c1a) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 10/05/2020 When I saw I had to make an account for some developer service.. thing?.. that I've never heard of, called "unsplash," I was literally 1 click away from uninstalling this extension. But I'm DAMNNN glad I didn't!! The setup ended up being much easier than I thought, took less than 2 minutes and I didn't even need to verify my email address. This Tabby extension is cool, but......... the GOLD MINE here is unbelievably high quality stockpile of images on Unsplash. If you go to the Unsplash homepage (where this extension is getting the images) you can search for whatever and get INSANELY HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES. This is quite literally the single best source of backgrounds I have ever seen in my entire life. Photos are typically 4K minimum and I've seen numerous be like 5000x9000 in dimension. All kinds of categories. I feel truly bad for everyone looking at their 480p jpeg Zedge wallpaper now If you like an image that happens to show up on your new tab page from this extension, and want to download it, then right click anywhere on the screen and choose "inspect." A bunch of HTML will come up, go down about 6 lines and find the FIRST line that includes a URL. It should be for images.unsplash - simply copy that link and paste it into a new browser tab and you can get that exact image from its source in full resolution. SO GLAD I DIDN'T UNINSTALL THIS! don't be discouraged just because you have to lift your finger to make the extension actually work, it is 100% seriously worth it. These wallpapers are so absurdly high quality that I don't even know how something like this existed without me ever hearing about it. DOWNLOAD THIS
