Twitch Preview Lite Extension

Hovering live streaming channels to preview Twitch live quickly, with sound and ad-free

As we all know, Twitch TV does not allow you to preview the content of the live broadcast in advance on the list page, which troubles many viewers.
Happily, some chrome extensions do this for us, but they make it too bulky and not so easy to use.
We did refer to the preview functions of some competing products, but we made it simpler and more practical than them and added audio functions for the audience.
We hope to provide viewers with a better preview experience!

Main settings of the extension:
Content preview(live channels in any category directory)
Sidebar preview(followed channels list)
Preview sound
(Notice! preview sound is turned off by default, if you need to hear sound when previewing, please turn it on in the extension)
Preview size

How to use:
1. Click “Add to Chrome” and install Twitch Preview Lite
2. Visit Twitch.tv
3. Hover over any channels in the sidebar or directory.
4. Preview channels you are interested in
5. Adjust related settings to make you more comfortable
6. Have fun!

If you like it, recommend it to others and give a nice review. It really helps.

Brian Vander Kamp (ID: 000000bfa7fcfd97) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 09/11/2023 It works mostly well, and it's nice to be able to pick the size of the preview (with sound on or off) but the only problem is the Sidebar Preview only works for the 12 'top viewer' channels you follow; i.e., if you click "Show More" when more than 12 of the channels you follow are streaming, the preview won't work for whichever channels appear after the first 12. Doesn't seem to have any way to 'reload' the extension only after you click "Show More". Not sure if that's the fault of Twitch or the extension. Otherwise 5 stars. EDIT: Ope, you just have to wait a bit after hitting "Show More". 5 stars.

Michael (ID: 000000ffb75023fd) Voted 1 ★ - Updated 12/09/2022 Useless. It shows a waiting screen while the ad rolls in the background. Making this extension useless.

Eaelast (ID: 000000e90520a91e) Voted 3 ★ - Updated 11/30/2022 Works, but there is a 15 second ad that plays on each new channel preview.
