Chrome Step ToolBox Extension

This add-on displays a table underneath missed questions on USMLE WORLD question bank that suggests study resources to help improve test scores.

Additionally, this add-on populates question banks for the USMLE STEP exams with images from local flashcard files (e.g. Anki) to help bolster spaced repetition.

Additional functionality includes automatically copying Anki flashcard deck tags to the user's clipboard when a question is viewed in uworld.

To use the add-on, you must already have the ankiconnect add-on installed in Anki and have UWORLD set as an allowed site in the settings, as well as the Anking deck (version 10+). Complete install instructions included in the extension menu. To open the extension menu, click on the extension icon in your toolbar (toggle icon visibility on if it does not apper), then click on the installation instructions.

Rebekah G (ID: 000000181b5f3372) Voted 4 ★ - Updated 08/20/2023 Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but for the STEP2 version, it only recognizes anki cards associated with maybe 1-2 questions per block, which obviously leaves a LOT of questions uncovered. The STEP1 version of this app functioned perfectly and nearly every question had associated anki cards, so I'm not sure what is wrong or different?

Angelica Pham (ID: 000000ae7f6e95fb) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 07/06/2023 Hi, I'm having trouble getting this to work on UWorld. It worked a month ago, but suddenly information from First Aid/Sketchy etc. will not show up on question review. Any help is appreciated!

Manzar Abbas (ID: 0000002548f8040b) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 06/10/2023 Hey developer, thank you for making this app. I would love to have an extra feature in this. Currently when we select "Search for Cards" it takes only incorrect questions and makes a search query. Could you please add a feature to include "Marked" questions as well??? I looked into the source code, and on line 77, 202, and 295 in uworldmaker.js file, if you can just add "fa-bookmark" along with "fa-times", that would do the job. Thank you!!!!!

David A. Febre Alemany (ID: 0000001a5adf2322) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 05/28/2023 This has worked wonderfully for UWorld. Is there any add on that you know of that could do the same but for NBME Self assesments?
