Quick Launch Toolbar Extension

This is a simple but highly customizable quick launch toolbar that stays fixed to the top of web pages to launch new tabs to sites of your choice. Depending on feedback, I may add more customizability and features.

Currently, there are some conflicts with some websites. This is mostly related to a site's dynamic CSS or security settings conflicting with non-secure image url's.
