Wenn dann die Konversationen so richtig florieren, kommt man plötzlich ohne Vorwarnung nicht mehr rein. Also Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen. Super Rat von der Online-Hilfe, man solle doch mal seinen Cache leeren. Bringt allerdings null Effekt. Dann sind mehrere Telefonnummern auf der Website angegeben. Keine einzige der inländischen Nummern funktioniert. Die Bedienungsanleitung für den Help-Desk beginnt damit, dass man seinen Usernamen anklicken soll. Ja toll, den hat man erst auf der Seite, wenn man sich eingeloggt hat, aber genau das geht ja nicht. Aber es gibt ja eine "Kontakt"-Seite. Das ist die Seite, auf der man die nicht funktionierenden Telefonnummern findet. Von einer Emailadresse keine Spur. Trotzdem hat ein Bekannter von mir mit demselben Problem sich vor 12 Tagen an Circuit gewandt. Bis heuter keine Antwort. Also lasst die Finger von Circuit. Wenn ihr von einem auf den anderen Tag plötzlich nicht mehr in eure Konversationen reinkommt, dann steht ihr echt blöd da.
