noteroot Editor Application

What's new:
- AsciiMath support.
- Zoom in and out in both editor and preview panes with Ctrl + mouse wheel.

The Markdown editor with LaTeX and AsciiMath support designed from the ground:

- Hash-diff algorithm only renders modified paragraphs.
- Equation cache renders LaTeX fast.

- Supports noteroot Markdown flavour and extensions (pending documentation).
