Breef for Gmail™ Extension

Sick of constantly switching gears in your inbox?

It's not your fault. Receiving emails is easy... but keeping up? Not so much.

Breef will sort your emails into bundles, so you can focus on one thing at once.

And to help you read those emails faster, it lets you scroll them all in one go - just like Instagram or Twitter.

Breef is privacy-first. You don't need to approve data access to your Gmail to use it. See https://www.getbreef.com/privacy

And if you uninstall it, it returns Gmail to exactly how it is now. It leaves no trace.

Csaba Együd (ID: 000000821a49570b) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 08/11/2024 I've been using Activeinbox for a long time and now I like Breef too. The first feature that caught my eye was the creation of bundles. It is a fantastic addition to my views. I often have multiple email threads with a support team or friends and it's convenient to keep them in my inbox but collapsed so I can focus on my daily job. And it looks just nice, which is also important. :) Unfortunately, lately Breef started disappearing from my MS Edge. The oly way to make it come back is to uninstall it and the reinstall it. But it is not the best thing to do every time I open Gmail. Could you please check why it fails to load? Sometimes the sidebar shows the Breef icon (so it partially loads), but my bundles will not appear in my inbox. I'm bound to Edge, so I do not want to switch to Chrome.

Jason Bartlett (ID: 000000b86a58703b) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 02/22/2023 At first I thought Breef was a bit of a novelty, I was wrong on that! I have been using it for several weeks and it has saved many hours of searching to find related emails. With Breef I can easily group project or client emails into a bundle per project or client and find what I need to read or respond to much more quickly than I could before. If I get an email that should be in a bundle I can add it to the bundle with a couple of clicks. I have a bundle set up just for newletters and announcements - important to read but not urgent. Breef bundles all of these together in one row in the Inbox so I know where they are and I don't loose track of time sensitive emails in my Inbox. I think of it as a set and forget way of keeping focussed on the what is important now, and when I have the time I can skim through multiple messages very quickly using the feed view. Great product, highly recommened.

Diana Hutchinson (ID: 000000a0c1a3d71b) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 02/16/2023 I love how this gives me the ability to organize similar emails rather than setting up rules to sort them into folders which I might or might not actually look at. They are still visible and I am able to go through multiple similar things at one time, helping me be more efficient.

Stelvio Gori (ID: 00000007f11c89ea) Voted 5 ★ - Updated 02/15/2023 I've been using AIB since the start but now my flow of email is too massive to categorize everything; Breef helps a lot by grouping related messages by topic, my brain is happy and it looks that now ?im control again.
