Reloads the current tab at a set interval.
Basic Reload Timer Extension
This extension allows you to set a page reload interval in minutes. A countdown in seconds appears on the extension icon for any tab that has an interval set. Reloads will continue in the background unless Chrome discards the tab.
If Chrome discards your tab (and the tab ID), the reloads will not restart automatically. One solution is to go to Chrome://discards and disable discards for the tab. Another solution is to go to Chrome Settings > Performance and add the site to the list of those that should stay active.
This extension requires no permissions and no permissions are requested in the manifest.
I will consider changes to the extent that they do not require permissions and keep the UI very simple.
