DCRefresh Extension
When enabled, upon failing to connect to a site, the extension icon will display a countdown before refreshing the page. The countdown time can be adjusted in extension options, along with an optional maximum number of attempts.
If you click the icon, you can pause the refreshing; however, if your internet connection is restored, Chrome may automatically refresh the page after a few seconds. Pausing will not prevent this.
