ihaessi Extension

Activate by clicking the 이해 icon and then mouse over the word to translate. Two freely available dictionaries are searched for a match. You can toggle which one is searched first with Shift/Enter.

For better accuracy, words are stemmed by removal of postposition particles and attempted reverse conjugation.

Still, there's a lot of work to be done on word recognition, and if anyone knows of any better dictionaries, I'm happy to hear your feedback.

Sébastien Bonnet (ID: 0000007767a6048c) Voted 4 ★ - Updated 04/27/2014 It's nice that someone created this, but the dictionaries still seem severely lacking at this point. Either that or it's a bug which prevent some of the word from being displayed ? Thanks for the good work so far.

Vanessa Formato (ID: 000000d80549c8d9) Voted 3 ★ - Updated 10/17/2013 I heard about ihaessi from a Youtube video about how to learn Japanese. Rikaikun came highly recommended, so I decided to look for a Korean version. I was excited to see this extension exists, but it works very slowly or not at all sometimes. I really hope you will continue to improve it because I love the concept!
