Registration or Login: User has to register to the app using a valid phone number and the otp.User profile: It is the basic profile of the logged in user. The user can view the profile by clicking on the Name icon field located on top right corner of the dashboard.User status: The user can perform basic operations related to profile which include changing activity state and logging out of the application.Dashboard: The above UI is the primary dashboard of the logged in user which showcases various feed items along with access to user profile and other important sections of the application.Contacts (AddressBook): The screen showcases various company contacts assigned to the user along with access to the personal contacts of the user.History: The screen showcases the history of the feeds accessed by the user filtered based on there type and arranged in descending order of the dates.Feed View: The screen showcases the components of feed items aligned to the date. Clicking on either items will show the list of items processed on the selected date for the particular feed.FeedView - Call: Feed view can show Call contacts of the logged in user with a customer. The call feature uses SIP protocol. The user can initiate the call by clicking on Call button.FeedView - Email: Feed view can show Email conversation of the logged in user with a customer. The user can navigate to the mentioned screen by clicking on the Email feed from feed item list.FeedView - SMS: Feed view can show SMS conversation of the logged in user with a customer.
