1,00/10 Love it
My Favorite App
By jmlnelson108
Nothing has helped me stay on track with my goals like RoutineFlow. It’s so helpful for inattentive ADHD and I recommend it to others constantly. Love love love.
Pretty bad
By notnotjake
App has a huge fake setup survey when you first launch. Totally useless it’s just to convert more people to their subscription. Take a long time. Bad app.
Good but way too expensive
By willwillwillwill
The app was useful and I paid for a while but I just can’t justify keeping it for the high monthly price. Yearly is much cheaper but not everyone has upfront money like that.
Great app for executing routines
By MeliesEpic
I have ADHD and this is a life saver for me in the morning. Instead of getting swept away I have a deliberate reminder to do something good for myself - with the kind of real-time reminder of the minutes going by that help me stay on track. + + One thing I sincerely wish though is that there is a Watch app companion. I don’t want to carry my phone around the house to do these tasks. I’d love to just have my Watch on. There’s a couple other apps out there that have them but they aren’t great tbh. Happy to share more feedback if the dev is down to build it - please!
