So disappointed

By Frustrated SCS Patient

Was so looking forward to this app after waiting for nearly a year to have an app to use with my SCS. Having to carry an additional phone is cumbersome, especially when traveling. The app states that it works with my iPhone but it doesn’t. I have the iPhone 15 Pro and my rep and I haven’t been able to get it work. Why does the app and your website say that it will work with this phone when it won’t? + + Update to review 3/13/25 + After the update yesterday the app now works on my iPhone 15 Pro. I am so happy. It is much easier only having one phone to carry especially for someone who has rheumatoid arthritis and doesn’t want to fumble with 2 phones. Thank you Abbott for getting the update done.

Amazing Work

Finally works on iPhone 16 thanks!!! Much love for Abbott.

Got phone number to call

By One 1 Happy camper

Moved to South Carolina, 1 doctor down right said we don’t do that kind. Gave zero information on it. Had support in New Hampshire. Like I said I went to a doctor that will help and he gave me a phone number to call. If support is as good as New Hampshire I’ll up it to a five star. I do believe the battery is very weak or dead.

Low support.

By Dad@SA

I’ve had very little support help since the stimulator was implanted. I have to hold the phone/controller right over the implant to get it to connect. As soon as I move the phone to look at it, it looses it’s connection. I can’t verify if is running or not, until I do another reconnection. I am not really pleased with the product, the service, or the effectiveness of this device. Plus, I am yet in terrible pain and discomfort.

NoDoesn’t make any difference when on or off

By letmbuck

Nobody ever checks to see if it is working which it doesn’t. Get it out of me!!!
