Not great could be better!

By Nuclearnik

This app “looks” nice but functionally it is weak. It’s as if a digital art and design major designed it but didn’t test it with someone who ACTuALLy uses the app. + 1. Why can’t I see a full page of all active claims at one time instead of the ridiculous “roll a dial” style searching. So annoying! + 2. Why can’t I print off a full page (excel format) of all active claims for each dependent? If one family member has 20 claims it’s a pain in the rear and I want to have a one page fast sheet to print off so I can keep track of their status. + 3. Also, the status of each claim says “processed” even if it’s not finished being processed. Why not “in process” or “completed” or “finalized”. It gets very confusing when trying to pay hospital bills. It looks like something of finalized but it’s actually still being processed. + + Fix these obvious weak points and I would give it a much higher rating.

Mental health

If you ask the company about mental health help they will direct you to the app to find it. Which does not exist.

NONE of the care directory is correct

By alex samon

I have been on this insurance for 3 months now and have been through the same cycle trying to find care. I call 5 numbers and NONE of them are accurate. Get discouraged and give up then a few weeks later do it all over again. Call the member care hotline and they can’t do anything. Listed as a PCP? Surprise, it’s a pediatric cardiologist. Looking for a psychiatrist? Oops it’s the ER. This is so depressing I just want to be able to find care.
