Unusable

You want to plan a trip? Good luck. It sends you to google which has no information about the bus line or color of the number bus. Want to find where to go by just looking? Better already know everything about this bussing system first because you have to already know what line you need. If you ever find the stop you do need, you can only view one bus time at a time because you can’t scroll the info box up. This app had to be written by an intern. It’s freaking garbage.

App no longer loads bus times

By vivumvsb

Not sure if app is broken, but I’ve been unable to load bus stops and times for about a month now. There’s also no updates available for download, is the app outdated?

Each update reduces app functionality, introduces new bugs

By unusualcoyote

Another update : + Bugs still have not been fixed, and now this is no map. The bus lines show up against an empty white background. What is going on yall ? + + Updating my review from a few years ago. Yes these problems still have not been resolved. Dropped a star because another update full of bugs has made this app even more broken and frustrating to use. + + Hi yall. I use this app daily as I do not drive. + One of the updates removed the ability to see your own location - which is helpful in unfamiliar areas so you can make sure youre at the right stop. I thought this was a bug and would be fixed, but it has not been addressed. + + The menu with the times automatically drops down to the bottom of the screen if you try to move it down a bit to see the map, making it impossible to pull up again without closing the app out entirely. I also thought this was a bug that would be fixed. + This menu now bugs out and I have to tap a stop multiple times to see the menu, and the map automatically zooms out constantly which closes the menu and makes me lose my spot on the map. + + The app loses functionality with each update. Please actually test the app before and after rolling out an update.

NO TIMETABLES

Helpfulness and Availability

By Suzy G❤️

I really love this bus app and system especially due to being in college without a car. The weekday hours are very good but the weekend hours are a little rough with the buses stopping at 6:10 and 5 going back. I would speak for a few students here at HGAC that that is a little early on the weekends. But thank you for your transportation it helps us all a lot.
