Too many ads

By Appleigo

I used and enjoyed this app a couple of years ago and worked my way through all of the pictures. It was interesting and an art education experience. Pretty cool idea. A week or two ago I started using it again and have found that because of the ads, it is unusable. Every time I open it to ‘paint’ an ad will pop up. I’ve tried waiting through the ad; sometimes it works, sometimes another ad pops up. I’ve tried turning my device off and re-opening; will get an ad rather than game. I don’t know why the company has made this advertising choice, but I’m really disappointed and am going to delete the app.

Ads

By Cboldwoman

I subscribed so I could get rid of the ads, but I still have the ads!?

Transfer over?

By WhirlWindWoman3

I had to get a new tablet. Is there any way to transfer colored paintings over? I like the app. I like the paintings, but I don’t want to have to do them over just to keep them as it takes me a long time to complete some of them. If that isn’t an option you want to do, would you please make a way to send them to ourselves so we can continue to enjoy them without losing them?

Took my money and didn’t deliver

By beevibe

I subscribed to get rid of ads. I quickly realized the ads did not go away. Every time I tried to color a new picture, I got an ad. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing and uninstalling and reinstalling, all to no avail. I forgot I was subscribed (my fault) since it had been a 3 day free trial and I figured maybe after the trial ended it would work. Nope. I paid this app for maybe 2 months for literally no reason. Because I stopped opening it when I still got ads and I forgot to unsubscribe. Literally feel so cheated. I even tried to give it another shot just now when I remembered it existed and found out I was still subscribed. NOPE STILL GET ADS CONSTANTLY. I really want to love this app. It has everything I’m looking for in a coloring app. Simple but I like simple. But the ads ruin the experience and the devs appear to be more interested in taking your money for absolutely nothing in return than improving the games-breaking GOD AWFUL lag and you know… giving you a promised service that you PAID FOR. I don’t mind spending money on apps. I’m happy to support devs and small games! They deserve to be paid. But c’mon I cant stress enough that I paid ($4.99 a month) for a service that removed ads, was charged for that service, and then didn’t get that service even in the most bare minimum sense. I never leave reviews but I felt like I should absolutely make people aware of this. Needless to say I’m no longer subscribed to this service. Fix your game devs. Make it playable (incredibly laggy and annoying) before you fleece your users with a predatory subscription service. Is that so much to ask? Is that not the bare minimum.
