This game has always had a special place in my heart. I used to sit in the back seat of my dad’s pathfinder during roadtrips and pretend I was on the road to Safe Haven, dodging death and zombies. I HIGHLY recommend it, as its great fun and, imo, a vast improvement on Oregon Trail. + + Now, the expansions are also great. I particularly love the Clement’s Quest mini game. Problem is, on the phone they cause a particular game breaking glitch. The expansion includes a bonus boss battle after the final gas run and after said boss battle, there’s a final screen: “You make it to safe haven” BUT the game soft-crashes and youre trapped looking at the final screen. If you restart, you’re forced to battle the boss again. If you lose, well, that’s just frustrating, but if you win, after fighting the boss twice, you get a victory screen, yes, but all the points you’d receive for your trip (stock-piled supplies, miles driven, etc.) are null and void. The game only registers the base score. I suppose if you’re okay with fighting the boss twice and not getting a score at the end, the expansions are otherwise glitch free, but I enjoy winning once and getting a score. + + Expansions work great on PC tho (to include a two player mode where your friends can play as a dog), so I just keep it base game on my phone for trips and such, and play with all the extra frills on pc.
Amazing but not really for children

When I got the game I thought it would be clean.but it had a couple curse words which I didn’t mind at first.then it had some nudity so I deleted it.probably for 15 and up
Got Softlocked After Winning Boss Fight
By Jared_G.
I enjoyed my trip down memory lane playing this old classic, but the title says it all. I fought the squid boss with my car at 1hp and won, only to get softlocked at the “You enter Safe Haven” screen. So I had to beat the squid again, without getting hit once, and this time it let me through. The ending is just: (spoilers, kinda) “You made it! Your Score is: x” …and that’s it. Forgot how anticlimactic this game is.
BROKEN GAME DO NOT BUY
By LotsOPods
The game freezes on th3 last screen, so you cannot “beat” the game. I asked the creators about it, they said they’re aware it’s broken and will not be patching it (see: eight years since a patch) + + DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY FOR A BROKEN GAME
Beautiful
By rickgfhdh
I love this game to death. The concept, the gameplay, the music, the barebones story, it’s perfect. It gives you just enough detail to help you understand the world, but there’s no real story besides the basic goal of reaching Safe Haven. The music is just beautiful. It holds a sort of hopeless hope in it with each track, that there’s some light at the nonexistent end of the tunnel. This game is a masterclass of a parody that just oozes with creativity and uniqueness. I genuinely hope one day someone makes a video about this game and it becomes known for the masterpiece it is.
