Your app is unworkable! Didn’t anyone from your company Try to book a ticket to see if the app works? It is ridiculous and really reflects poorly on your company and particularly on your IT department. I wound up having to call and speak with someone directly. To tell you the truth, that wasn’t a great experience either as the operator was talking through a headset, and I could barely understand her. Whoever heads up the department that’s responsible needs a needs to increase their level of professionalism. + Steve Simon + 612–8 02–1930

Not remembering my trips

By DEADITES23

When I book a flight on United, then open the JSX app to add the JSX confirmation number, it doesn’t save it under “My Trips” like it should. Please fix.

Won’t populate My Trips

By JohnM5766

The app seems fine, and I do love the airline. However, I have an upcoming trip and it doesn’t show in My Trips. I can search for it via confirmation code and it pops up, but once I leave the screen it once again says I have no trips.
