This week was my first time using Ride On and most of bus driver were helpful cause I was lost

Bus complaint - route 26 Montgomery mall -

By Bus route 26

This morning I caught the bus headed to Montgomery mall - route 26- bus ID: 16-44020D. The lady that drive that bus tends to be rude all the time. She never brings the step down when it’s time to go into the bus. This morning I did not have enough money on my card and I was not carrying cash, so she said on a very condo sending way “oh you don’t have money in your card” so I responded I don’t have any cash, please leave me here so I can get off the bus… to what she responded, “oh I’ll let you on the bus.. I’m just letting you know you don’t have money in your card.” She could have used better vocabulary to let me know. She was very unpolite and her facial features, not turn to face me and her tone are not customer service oriented. Someone should talk to her because it’s unacceptable behavior. People think they can get away with being so rude because no one takes the time to write these kind of reviews. Thank you.
