The portal works but when you try to access the questions to avoid waiting in line for 1 working kiosk the app says not recognized and to go in. When I go to a center they tell me the same thing create another email????

The app almost works when it wants kinda. I’ve noticed that if I do not donate within let’s say 2 week, the app no longer recognizes me. My login information on the app doesn’t work. It says no donor found but when I go online to your website everything pops up the way it’s suppose to. The only thing is that I can’t do my screening online. I can’t look at my card balance online either. I’ve put tickets in to IT at my location because this has happened to me before just about a month or so ago. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!

Enjoyed the app when I could get into it. About a month ago it started telling me my password was incorrect. I try to reset it, it’s supposed to send me a code in my email and I never get it. Not in my inbox or spam folder. Finally chatted with someone on the website. He couldn’t figure it out either and told me someone would contact me from the IT department. Still waiting. Very frustrating. It’s very time consuming to fill out the questionnaire at the donation center. I haven’t been donating as much because it takes so long to fill out the questionnaire and then check in and donate. :(
