Very good app, probably my #1 productivity app on my phone for work and life.
Unusable
By AriCsul
Entering my username and password merely returns me to the login prompt. No feedback. No available faq to fix either. Simply unusable and a fail.
Almost great

I have fallen in love with this app, but I do wish there were more features for the monthly price. My wish list includes an app for the Apple Watch, timer widget at the Lock Screen, and the ability to view specific task groups in the widget on an app page (e.g. “work stuff”). There are occasional glitches with respect to the timer on iOS, but it’s overall solid.
It’s how I stay sane in my business
By _Brand_do
There are a lot of productivity apps out there. Pick your poison. I chose this one in 2022 and never looked back. This app is responsible for how I structure my business on a day-to-day basis. It has trained my brain to understand what is possible in a week and what I need to delegate. The dev team constantly brings value through their updates and fantastic customer service. Pay the subscription fee, people. Your time as a business owner is worth it.
Needs to integrate AI task list generation to be *perfect*
By Nobranier
I love this app. It’s the ONLY digital planner I have ever used CONSISTENTLY. I always go back to paper planners because Google Calendar and Anything Microsoft are kryptonite for my ADHD. It’s WAY too easy to delete appointments, lose emails, and the task management tools are useless. I love that Sunsuma is visual and hand holds you through planning. you can move tasks around. undone tasks are bounced to the next day or a backlog so they never disappear. I also love having weekly goals, subtasks and the ability to attach weekly goals to specific tasks. There are lots of integrations including email and calendars so all your work stays synched. You can turn emails into actionable tasks. The only serious problem I’ve had so far is the fact that I still need to open up chat GPT to create a to-do list from my overwhelmed brain dump. It would be great if there was a built in AI that would build and organize your weekly work plan, complete with subtasks, for you. The thing about ADHD is that you CAN’T MAKE THE LIST IN THE FIRST PLACE without help. Sunsuma was underutilized whenever I had list-writers-block and would sit unused for a few days. Once I started using chat to make my to-do lists I really started to appreciate Sunsuma and get the most out of the features. AI task list generation and scheduling would make it the perfect digital planner for me, and I will I Use it forever. I’d also love Airtable integration if that is possible.
