UPDATE: App is WORLDS better. Still not quite where its competitors are, but a world ahead of where it was. Unfortunately it took until the season ended, but I’ll be able to revisit it again next year for basketball season. + + + ORIGINAL: This app is a dinosaur. It’s not at all responsive. It constantly has to load to do nothing. It is not at all cohesive. It’s clumsy to switch between teams. They really need to learn from other similar apps because this app is embarrassing in comparison. + + It needs 2 things… more responsiveness and better usability (UI/UX).
Still Terrible app
By rytrojan
The new update eliminated people’s full names from the chat. Now it is just the initials of the people in the chat. WHY would you change this? When a new group of parents are chatting back and forth, we barely know each other’s first names let alone first and last initials. Please GO BACK TO FULL NAMES. + I get push notifications with a partial announcement. When I click it to view more information, the app opens to the main page with no more information on the thing I clicked on. This is so frustrating. Thanks
Barely adequate…

It’s functional, but simple things like getting the roster to be sorted by first or last name cause real headaches. Attendance reporting is rudimentary and exporting information is practically nonexistent. At least it doesn’t have ads, and maybe it’s the cheaper option, but if you are on SportsEngine, TeamSnap, Crossbar, sports connect, or some other major platform, don’t even consider switching to this.

There are better apps (e.g., GameChanger) that are more user-friendly. This one feels a bit like using dial-up modem. The fact that it exists is great but it needs some updates.
Second sport and still doesn’t work
By Rai4924
This is the second sport we’ve had with this app. The last sport, I never got an invite. This sport, I got an invite and it worked for a week or two but now it says I have no “teams”, even after accepting the invite multiple times. So annoying.
