I have spent several months trying to figure out what was wrong with me! Going between my primary physician and specialist. Even having my obygyn gaslight me… I already had an infection and hospitalization due to an infection from an injury while dining at a restaurant. So my body was super weak for months. No one took my claims seriously until I have Allara a chance. They performed SEVERAL lab orders (be patient with this as they are being thorough) it was convenient because I was able to schedule with a local lab near me. If ever the results weren’t sent to Lara, I just downloaded from my portal and then uploaded to Allara before my appointment (this is a mistake from the lab not Allara) and right away she was seeing abnormal results or borderline that she wanted to monitor. I was referred to a dietitian that I was able to schedule and visit within Allara, and I was referred to a couple of specialists (one I was even able to set up as a telavisit - 3rd party and not part of Allara but extremely helpful and just as thorough as Allara) and with the advice to seek an in person physician care for one of my issues. + Fast forward to one year I have been with Allara and things are moving along well. It’s been several months of treatment and I finally have diagnosis and treatment plan and a team of people who Care! Or at least care enough to find the issue and begin trying out a solution. Instead of how I was treated before by my previous primary care. It’s been a relief to finally have been heard. + And to also learn that it wasn’t all in my head. I wish it was all in my head. But it wasn’t. And all of those months of me not receiving Care just prolonged me from feeling better. I cannot thank Allara enough for listening to me and helping me!
Allara has ignored all of my messages
By leefaleefa
I had a bad experience with an endocrinologist and now I can’t get anyone at Allara to contact me. They said someone would call me on July 23rd. No one called me and every message I left on the app has gone unanswered since then. Why are you ignoring me Allara? This is so unprofessional. I do not recommend this service. They take your monthly $30 gaslight you and then ignore you. AVOID.
Allara is the real deal

Allara is doing something long overdue: disrupting the broken and outdated model of women’s hormone healthcare. They’re offering specialized, care that focuses on conditions like PCOS, perimenopause, endometriosis, and other hormone-related issues that are too often minimized or misdiagnosed in traditional settings. This isn’t just another telehealth app. This is a platform built to change the standard and to validate women’s experiences, to provide evidence based care, and to finally give us a say in our own health journey. + + The app was well thought through for the purposes of creating a white glove service in a virtual environment where the risk of feeling disconnected is high. Amazing.
App never works

Love the service but the app has constant problems
Terrible app
By Gen12345677889
I never write reviews but I had high hopes for Allara and continue to be disappointed. First of all, the tech is terrible. I have login issues every time I try to login (sometimes only works on web, sometimes only works on the app…Very frustrating). I was just trying to reschedule an appt so I don’t get charged and couldn’t get into the app but mobile web wouldn’t let me reschedule - there was no option. They also block out times so only appts in the next few weeks are available. This is not ideal if you need to get bloodwork and wait for results. Then I have to continue rescheduling which is annoying given that the tech is bad. In terms of care, it all feels very disjointed and impersonal. They don’t really help you with a holistic solution like they say they will. The patient concierge is worse than one medical. My doctor only answers questions I explicitly ask and recommended a high dose increase which was not good. Overall not sure I’ll continue with Allara.
