At one point I was able to access the app and it had a large amount of very helpful and informative information. For the past month, I haven’t been able to access due to a message stating unable to login and invalid email or password. When I delete the app, re-down and re-register I get a “ you have successfully created an account continues to login. I go to login and get caught I. The same loop. Invalid email or password. It’s too bad. The app has great potential but I’m moving on.
Can Not Register User error message
By scaper5of5
This app looks like it would be very helpful and was recommended to me by my health provider. However, the app itself seems to be buggy — I’ve downloaded it and tried several times to register as a user but keep getting the error message “Can Not Register User.” I have tried sending an email to the address listed on Monash’s Ask PCOS webpage but have received no response. + + The resources on the webpage are helpful and make me want to see what more the app can offer, but the inability to access the app itself is disappointing.
