Useless

This app is a good way to find out you wasted almost $300 on the ability to attempt to use it. I can’t get it to connect no matter what I do, and I’ve lost interest. Triumph should refund the purchase price of the connectivity module, since it doesn’t have any purpose.

Needs improvement of audio/connection quality

By ACE992

App works well and could be useful for riders. However, please fix the audio quality for phone calls and music. Music play back through the bike is ok, but the audio sometimes skips. Phone call audio quality also does the same and audio breaks up. This is not related to phone service, as music and phone calls work flawlessly when it is just my phone connected to my Cardo packtalk directly and not through the bike. I have just defaulted to using my phone and cardo only most of the times due to horrible audio or connection quality when connecting through my bike.

Just not good.

By MPlife88

I love my bike but this app and the corresponding software on my bike are awful. I tried on the first day to use it and realized because of how the bike wants to be the central Bluetooth node everything else has to work through it. First my sound quality went to crud on my Cardo. Then I realized if I stop for gas while on the phone and have to turn the bike off the connection disrupts because the phone connects to the bike first then to my headset. It’s too bad because the app gives good info and the turn by turn on screen is really helpful but it’s so cumbersome and poorly set up I’ll just go without. Really not premium feeling from a premium brand and tbh Ducati and BMW do it way better.

Terrible

By Theonebinx

I am grateful this app is so terrible I am never tempted to use it. I’m quite happy with my Tiger 900 RP, however. Stay in your lane, Triumph!

Nav Now Works!!!

By Izarihs

I’m updating my review after the devs said they pushed a fix. I was able to pair via Bluetooth the first time without issue to my Trident! And Navigation works as advertised. It’s basic, but honestly all I need for riding. + + Big thanks and appreciation for making this app and my bike’s connectivity usable!
