Overview
The E6BJA (Professional, Windows Edition) Flight Computer is a powerful, fully-fledged software-based digital computer for practising performing aeronautical and flight calculations speedily and easily. Inspired by the Whiz-wheel (e.g. E6B, CR-1, CRP-1, CRP-5 etc), an ingenious and excellent teaching tool, and by the more modern handheld electronic digital flight computer, the E6BJA software app is rich in features, powerful and efficient. It can be installed on a phone or tablet --- for convenience --- and has a number of advantages over the whiz-wheel; calculations are simpler and quicker to perform, with less margin of error, better reproducibility and is less error-prone. It has a clear and intuitive user interface.
