Overview

This app is for you to make “fill in the blanks” question sheets from texts you have, in an automatic or a manual way. You can challenge the sheet you made just on screen or output texts for printing. No matter you are a self-learner or you are teaching people, you can benefit from this App. **A free trial is recommended before you make a purchase. ** Q. Is this app a workbook or question database? No, it’s neither a workbook nor a database. It per se does not provide any already-made questions. It is a tool for you to make questions. You need to prepare the base text before questions making. Q. How to use it? Here are some quick steps: 1. Paste your prepared text to the app. 2. Make questions in a batch or a manual one-by-one way. 3. Challenge the questions right on the screen or output the text for printing. Q. What is “the batch” way? Say you are an English learner, you often get confused with the difference of “in”, “on” or “at”. In this case, you can predefine an option set of “in, on, at” in the app, and apply them to the text all at once. Then all “in, on, at” in the text will be replaced by a “fill in the blank” formatted unit. Please do this only before manually set questions. Q. So how can I set my questions manually? You can simply select the text portion which you’d like to make a question, then a flyout will appear, just click the “+” button, input options and that’s it. You can edit the options anytime. Q. Can this app only handle English language? Theoretically it should be able to support many languages. There are languages which characters are separated by space, like English. Also there are languages which seldom have spaces in it like Japanese or Chinese. All those language should work but I am not so sure about it. I only tested English/Japanese/Simplified Chinese. Please try the free trial before making purchase. If you find some languages don’t work, you can let me know and I will try to fix it. (although I am not sure if I can.) Q. Does it have a free trial? Yes, it does. You can try it without function limitation for 1 month and decide if you want to buy it. Your purchase would be a great support for the future development. Q. What can I do if I have questions? You can contact me by click the email link in the “About” screen. Please note that I could not be able to understand you well if you send me email in languages other than English/Chinese/Japanese. I’d have to rely on translation software for other languages. *UI and functions might change along with updates without notifications.
