Overview
With this application, you can finally manage the cost of your projects. It is therefore possible for you to spread your projects over a longer period depending on your budget, and even to know the difference between the planned amount and the realized amount.
All projects go through 3 states: planned, in progress and completed.
Each project can be broken down into several tasks each with a planned and realized budget. The total of these different tasks provided the total budget (planned and realized).
When you allocate a budget to a task, the project status automatically changes to the list of "in progress" projects.
As soon as all the tasks have a realized amount, you define a project end date. You can then check the box indicating that the project is finished. It then automatically enters the category "Projects Completed".
You can manually delete completed projects that are no longer current.
This new version for PC has a more intuitive and ergonomic interface.
