All though not packaged here, the app can be built to run on Windows 10 IoT-Core. See the GitHub link. Latest version is there.
This version V4.6
========
App assumes that there is one and only one SensorTag and that it is paired before app starts. It auto connects and starts services. No selection of tag and no pair/unpair/connect buttons. Has been tested on Creators Edition as release (build 1503) on RPI 3.

Previous update/s
============
Note that there were issues with Bluetooth with the latest Windows Insider 150XX builds that inhibit the functionality of this app. Whilst the app worked OK in Anniversary Update Editions (Desktop and Phone) of Windows 10, it was errant in the Creator Editions. 15031 (and earlier). In versions prior to 15031 there were spurious BT messages being sent when starting making taxing the app. In 15031, BT was totally broken!
