Overview
Simulation of GPS NMEA data is possible with this application.
The selected NMEA sentences are sent out through a external Serial Device to be used as GPS input in any external device.
The NMEA version is 0183 v.2.3 - v3.01.
The generated NMEA sentences are the same for between and included those two versions.
It is possible to change baud rate of Serial Device from 4800 (default) to 9600 or 38400.
For correct use, a Serial Device must be connected to the device.
The purpose of this application is to simulate NMEA output from a MIL GPS for STW of other devices.
