Overview
Waves can be found everywhere in our everyday lives: It can be a typical wave on a lake or an electromagnetic wave that broadcasts a television program.
In physics lessons, waves and the associated wave phenomena are often illustrated using water waves in a ripple tank but most schools often only have one tank due to the high price.
Huygens3D brings the classic ripple tank into the digital age, so that every student can discover the behaviour of waves directly on the PC.
