Overview
Help you to know your monthly and yearly loan amortization list and chart with savings or how many payments skipped if you have additional principal or refinance by entering your loan information, built in Cortana command (Loan Calculate Show Item) show you the items you entered. You will also get toast notification or live tile for your current loan amount you entered. Supporting Window 10 Universal Windows Platform (UWP).
What's new
1. LoanCalculate app will help you to know your estimated interests, refinance savings or how many payments can be reduced to help your palnning, some numbers will be a little bit off due to rounding.
2. You can enter additional principal (every month or one time only), refinance (need original and refinance rate) to know interests saving or payments skipped.
3. Click Save after any information changed including changing drop down list selection.
4. Menu Items button will show you all items you saved, Menu Home button is for creating a new entry.
5. Menu Search button will help you search by \'month and year\'.
6. Monthly and Yearly Amortization button will show you chart with amortization list.
7. Menu Go button will launch the web link you saved.
8. All the gold background entry are required fields, built in Cortana command (Loan Calculate Show Item) show you the items you entered.
9. LoanCalculate need to be running in the foreground for the voice commands to be working.
10. File LoanCalculate.db store all the information in your device only, different device will create it at different location (In Window 10, Open File Explorer search for LoanCalculate.db under c: root folder).
