Overview

The "My Workouts" app allows you to track your training sessions in the gym: Create exercises within the app, and create your own personal training plans. Then, track your cardio and strength exercises. For the former, the number of minutes and the calories burnt can be entered. For the latter, the number of sets, the respective number of repetitions and the training weight can be tracked. "My Workouts" generates various statistics from this data allowing you to monitor and evaluate your progress. The app does not provide pre-defined workout plans. Its focus is purely on tracking your individual progress. * Track your workouts: log sets with the number of repetitions and weight for strength exercises, or calories and duration for cardio exercises * Evaluate your progress using different statistics and charts * Use previous workouts as a reference for your current training session * Add your exercises in the app, and create workout plans to follow during your training session * Sync your information with your personal Onedrive (data will not be shared with 3rd parties. Credentials are not stored or managed by the app) About the user interface: * Access quick actions in list views by swiping left or right * Provides dark theme and light theme (see settings) * Interact with charts, e.g., by adding trend lines (for some chart types), or reading values

What's new

This is a rather minor update only for the moment. Firstly, it includes some cosmetic changes. Now, performed sets will directly be displayed for exercises of the reference workout, and for the exercises done in your current workout. The page for reviewing earlier workouts has been slightly revamped. It now also directly shows your performed sets. Soon, you will be able to personalize the app interface a bit more using settings. Moreover, some UI glitches have also been addressed. Additionally, an import and export function has been added to plans, user-defined exercises, and exercise categories. You\'ll find these functions on the respective management pages, in the secondary menu of the appbar. Currently, they support the native format of the app, i.e., the files are the same types that are stored to your Onedrive account when you chose to sync your data there. Import and export should work in principle, but will be improved further to support other formats and by working on some potential glitches. Better be safe than sorry and backup your data to Onedrive before importing foreign data, so that you can restore your data, just in case. For the next major update, I am planning to include some sort of archive functionality, to improve loading times when there ar
