After the trial period you only lose the special abilities like Bluetooth, File and Http programming. The BASIC language can control Bluetooth BLE devices like the TI SensorTag and other Bluetooth sensors, low-level BLE calls, and access to some Bluetooth beacon data. The app includes plenty of running examples. Includes a 200-page PDF manual.
